Is the Thai government going crazy, tourist caravans are a all time low. And now for the biggest happening 'The Songkran Festival' they want to ban the sales of alcohol ????

Not get me wrong, I had drunk drivers, matter of fact I hate drunk people. But still it is everybody own responsibility to drink responsible. And the strong hand of the law needs to be not playing, they need to enforce the law. So drunk behind the wheel, one year not drivers licenses ... or something similar. No drunk drivers now pay 500 Baht and smile to the police agent and they can drive off.
